Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions:
Minimum Booking Fee
The minimum booking fee for any cleaning service is $130.
Access to Property
If we are unable to access your property for any reason, a $20 fee will be charged.
Payment Policy
We kindly ask that payment be received within 5 days of the invoice date. We greatly appreciate prompt payments and request that payments be made within 24 hours where possible. If payment has not been received prior to your next scheduled cleaning, we will unfortunately be unable to perform the service.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to provide you with as much notice as possible for any changes to our schedule. We kindly request the same courtesy, with a 2-day notice for any changes or cancellations. Please note that multiple cancellations within 24 hours will require a 50% payment of your booking fee.
Quality Assurance
We take pride in our work and maintain a high standard of service. However, if you feel something was missed, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We offer a quality assurance guarantee and will gladly return to address any concerns.
Pausing Services
We understand that life events or holidays may require pausing our services. Should you need to pause your service for more than 3 weeks, we will do our best to accommodate you, though we may not be able to guarantee your original scheduled time slot.
Pricing Estimates
During our initial estimate or walk-through, we strive to provide the most accurate pricing and cleaning plan. If you would like to modify any aspect of the service before we begin, please let us know. If any changes to pricing are necessary, we will confirm with you prior to starting or continuing the work.
Accidental Damages
In the rare event that any accidental damage occurs during your cleaning, we will promptly notify you. If you notice any damage after the service, please inform us within two days so we can address the issue.
Valuables and Fragile Items
We request that you secure or store away any irreplaceable or valuable items, including collectibles or fragile objects, before our arrival to avoid any accidents or damage.
Liability Waiver
While we take great care to ensure your property is handled with respect, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, such as wear and tear, or items that are improperly secured. Our team works to the best of their ability to avoid accidents, but we cannot take responsibility for situations beyond our control.
Client Cooperation
In order to provide the best service, we ask for your cooperation in ensuring that the premises are accessible and safe for our team. This includes providing clear instructions on any areas that require special attention.
Health and Safety
For the safety of our team, please inform us if there are any health and safety concerns in your home, such as allergens, pets, or hazardous materials, so we can take appropriate precautions.
Term of Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any significant changes.
